Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms 

Booking Guarantee 

Website, phone and email bookings are confirmed with a valid credit card at the time of booking, unless otherwise advised under a specific package, promotion, or contracted rate. 

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. The hotel reserves the right to validate the credit card provided at the time of booking. 

All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%. 

A GST-inclusive credit card surcharge of 2.5% applies to all Visa, MasterCard and American Express transactions. 

Standard Payment Policy 

For standard reservations, no deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 

The full accommodation balance will be charged to the credit card provided 30 days prior to the arrival date. 

Any incidental charges incurred during the stay are payable upon check-out. 

Standard Cancellation Policy 

Standard reservations are fully refundable if cancelled by 12:00am local hotel time, 30 days prior to the arrival date. 

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all accommodation charges already processed. No additional cancellation fees will be charged. 

No-shows will be treated as cancellations within the cancellation period and will be subject to the same policy. 

Peak Season Payment Policy 

Peak Season: 24 December – 31 March next year 

For peak season reservations, no deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. 

The full accommodation balance will be charged to the credit card provided 60 days prior to the arrival date. 

Any incidental charges incurred during the stay are payable upon check-out. 

Peak Season Cancellation Policy 

Peak Season: 24 December – 31 March next year

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all accommodation charges already processed. No additional cancellation fees will be charged.

Special Packages, Promotions & Contracted Rates 

Special packages, promotional offers, contracted rates, group bookings, exclusive-use bookings, and third-party bookings may be subject to different payment and cancellation terms. These will be advised at the time of booking and will take precedence over the standard terms listed above.
